Ministry House Sold and Building Acquired

Back in August 2025, we packed up the BMS admin office and rabbi's study and schlepped it over to the Bayview building with lots of volunteer help. The ministry house on Forsythe Street has since been sold and Rabbi Derek has been working from the Bayview building since then.
On Friday 2/20/26, we closed on the purchase of the Bayview building. Beth Messiah officially owns the building and property now! We are now preparing to have some of the necessary work done in the building (both contract work and volunteer). Some of the things that need to be done before we move in:
new roof
sanctuary renovations
bathroom renovations
Cleaning throughout the building
